of over 800 hectares which surrounds a century-old abbey: L'Abbazia
di Spineto. Located between Monte Cetona and the National Park
of the Val d'Orcia, it is ornamented by verdant valleys, a small
lake, wooded hills and cultivated fields; an unspoilt land in
its turn amid thousands of acres of wild and sparsely populated
countryside. 12 km from A1 highway exit Chiusi-Cianciano Terme,
15 km from Chiusi railway station.
Independent house, 18th century, restored in 1998. A large,
old typical farmhouse recently rescued to become a comfortable
and updated residence, Il Piano provides a chance to plunge
into Tuscany's enchanting heartland. It is situated within the
830 hectare estate of Benedectine Abbey of Spineto, which has
been converted for meetings and study activities and can be
reached in a three minute drive from the Abbey, crossing an
uncontaminated countryside and verdant paddocks. The house interior
is very spacious and comfortable, with a very refined selection
of furnishings and fittings. The guests enjoy a very surprising
combination of old-fashioned and contemporary design.
The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, a spacious dining-room,
a large study/reading-room, a very spacious living-room with
enormous sit-in fireplace, three twin/double bedrooms, all with
en suite bathrooms, two with bath-tub and one with shower (with
HCP facilities). All the rooms on this floor have direct access
to the garden. The first floor consists of four twin/double
bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, three with bath and one
with shower.

a beautiful valley, la Banditaccia is a large, very old farmhouse
near the Tuscan town of Sarteano. It is the ideal location to
combine relaxation and culture, staying and visiting Siena lands.
The house, recently restored, has been tastefully finished,
is in a delightful and sunny location, amid the vast estate
belonging to the Benedectine Abbey of Spineto. The interior
decoration combines originality and comfort preserving the house's
Tuscan charm. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped

Located 3.5 km Vicchio (all kinds of shops), 37 km Florence
(airport), only few kilometers from a golf course, horse-back
riding, tennis courts, and Lake Bilancino where it is possible
to adventure in all sorts of water sports. Ancient medieval
building that dates back to the 13th century and was used by
the Benedictine monks as a resting spot during their visits
to the Romanesque parish church at Dicomano. La Terrazza dei
Frati is set in a dominating position with splendid views over
the valley. Comfortably furnished with period pieces. The house
is set on three levels: on the ground floor you can find the
covered loggia, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room;
the mezzanine floor leads into the entrance, a comfortable sitting
room with fireplace and half bathroom. On the First floor is
the study, in a passageway, equipped with an armchair bed, a
twin bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, the master bedroom
with a bathroom en suite with shower. The Dependance, that completes
the property, is also on different levels. On the main floor
is the entrance, the covered loggia, the fully equipped kitchen,

The Tenuta of Luiano is located 25 km from Florence and 60 km
from Siena, close to the famous village of San Casciano Val
di Pesa (5km) where some of the most famous and ancient wine
estates of the Chianti are located. It consists in two properties:
Casa di Gianus and Casa I Fichi. Casa di Gianus was an ancient
barn recently restored. It consists of a spacious and very bright
living room with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped
kitchen. Upstairs you will find the night area: a master bedroom
with bathroom en suite with shower, and a twin bedroom with
bathroom en suite with shower. Casa I Fichi consists in: a livingroom
with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage/laundry,
a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with bathtub, two double
bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

è parte di una tenuta che raccoglie in sé tutte
le bellezze che la campagna toscana è in grado di offrire:
suggestive strade che si snodano all’interno di boschi
estranei alla frenesia della vita quotidiana; un lago nel quale
specchiarsi; bellezze artistiche e piaceri enogastronomi delle
piccole località cittadine. La sua struttura, rimasta
incontaminata, consente di rivivere le emozioni e i piaceri
delle antiche usanze senza precludere i comfort che il sapiente
restauro ha provveduto a garantire. A poca distanza da Arezzo,
San Sepolcro, Siena e Gubbio questa tenuta permette di godere
dell’armonia, dei colori e profumi della raffinata val
d’Orcia e di raggiungere in poco tempo alcune delle mete
artistiche più attraenti della nostra regione. La tenuta
si compone di otto camere da letto delle quali due matrimoniali,
cinque doppie e una singola per un totale di quindici posti
letto ognuna dotata di servizi en suite; pregevoli soggiorni
e un’ampia sala da pranzo. Gli interni sono finemente
arredati con mobili d’epoca seguendo lo stile della tradizione
toscana; molto luminosi e piacevolmente freschi e rilassanti.
La posizione collinare permette di ammirare albe e tramonti
di rara bellezza. Gli inverni sono addolciti e riscaldati da
un camino posto nella principale sala da pranzo, mentre nei
mesi estivi il lago della tenuta rende piacevoli anche le giornate
più calde. Una piattaforma galleggiante dotata di prendisole
con cabina, sedie, sdraio e ombrellone sono infatti a dispositizone
degli ospiti.

Location:
Villa Il Colletto is situated in Versilia, about 1 km from the
town of Massarosa, where you will find all the local services
(shops, banks, restaurants, and the post office). In the near
vicinity there are numerous good tennis clubs and the excellent
Versilia golf course, but this is also a particularly good position
for reaching the beaches at Viareggio by car (10 minutes), and
at Forte dei Marmi (20 minutes). The highway is also very near,
allowing you to visit some important cities and tourist attractions.
Camaiore (5 km), Pietrasanta (13 km), Lucca (10 km), Pisa (30
km), Florence (90 km), and Rome (350 km).
Description:
Villa Il Colletto is found at the heart of a large (60,000 sq.
m.) park, amongst olive groves, large plains, a wooded area
shaded by tall trees, a small fishing lake, and a private 20x10m
swimming pool.
The villa is spread out over 1,170 sq. m., and is on 3 floors;
it can sleep up to 14 people. It is particularly comfortable
and fully equipped; the house is furnished to a high standard,
including some fine antique pieces. The beautiful park is the
ideal setting for budding photographers, what with the woods,
the lake, the English-style plains, and the swimming pool.
The main entrance to the villa is on the 1st floor. The entrance
hall opens on to: a studio with antique furniture, a large living
room with terrace that looks onto the park and the swimming
pool, a large dining room, the pantry, and a conservatory /television
room. We then find a full kitchen with charming fireplace, a
guest bathroom (with wc), a bathroom with a half-tub, and the
first double bedroom.
The ground floor is made up of a further dining room with fireplace
(known as the “hunting room”), a larder, a laundry
room and an ironing room.
The night area is on the second floor, which is divided into
three distinct parts (like private apartments), all with access
to the large panoramic terrace that surrounds the house on three
sides.
The first night area has its own entrance before splitting into
two double rooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and a studio.
The second night area from its own entrance splits into 2 double
rooms, a storage room with safe, a showering room with basin,
and then the bathroom with bathtub.
The third night area, which also has its own entrance, has a
double room, a twin room, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

century. Just recentley restored, the apartment consists of

made of the master bedroom (2 queen size beds) with bathroom
