Art craft in jewellery:
We will offer you the opportunity to create your own personal jewellery in one of the most important manufacturer of jewellery in Italy. The atelier of the Orlandini family is in the Chianti countryside in an ancient convent of 1300 transformed in laboratory and their private house. Each piece of jewellery is a unique item and all pieces are the result of an intense study both in their technical and estheticals aspects by using ancient techniques.

Leather craftsmen inside the Monestary of Santa Croce in Florence !!:
Scuola del Cuoio was created after World War II through the collaborative efforts of the Franciscan friars of the Monastery of Santa Croce and the Gori and Casini families, Florentine leather artisans since the 1930 Their mission was to give orphans of the war a means to learn a practical trade with which to earn a living. In May of 1950, Scuola del Cuoio, due to the growing demand of fine quality hand-crafted products, opened its doors to clients inside the laboratories of the school.Today remains the largest genuine laboratory in the city where clients can witness the artisans create the leather goods in the midst of centuries-old history.

COOKING CLASS: (One day)
Enjoy a full day cooking lesson with our Italian chefs for an introduction to authentic Tuscan recipes.Our chefs will follow you in this unique experience and you will discover step by step how to make on your own a full Italian meal, from appetizers to dessert. We will start preparing some typical tuscan appetizers, like bruschetta with olive oil, with fresh tomatoes and with mushrooms, then we will learn to make pasta by hand, and will complete such dishes as ravioli with butter and sage or with meat sauce or tagliatelle with ragù. The second course could be a roast meat with mushrooms or potatoes or chicken with Tuscan herbs, along with a salad. The dessert will be a crostata, or a tiramisu or cantucci.
Then you will enjoy your "work", and finally have lunch with wines of Chianti.
We can offer both kinds of cooking class: in the countryside or in town in a real Italian kitchen, either way it will be an unforgettable experience.

CERAMIC CLASS: (One day)
Learn one of Italy's oldest art forms with master craftsmen. They will teach you the oldest techniques of creating this authentic type of pottery admired throughout the world.

WINE TASTING:
We offer you a pleasant opportunity to know the old tradition of Tuscany through its food and wine. You can do a tour to taste wines and typical dishes of an old and authentic popular food.It is possible to taste wines from Chianti Classico to Brunello di Montalcino, or Nobile di Montepulciano and Super Tuscany and a wide selection of Vin santi, distillates, oil and balsamic vinegards. Together with wines you can taste cheeses, "Bruschette" bread with olive oil, and typical Tuscany cold cuts.

COFFEE TASTING:
Another tantalizing experience for those passionate about coffee. A half day tour to taste the different kinds of coffee and visit a "torrefazione" (coffee production plant).
Coffee experts will demonstrate the authentic Italian roasting methods using various coffee bean types. You will learn the different phases of the production process, the different coffee types, and different brewing methods and how to distinguish all the different flavors and aromas.

CHOCOLATE TASTING:
This gastronomic experience had never occurred to me before, but after trying a variety of differently flavored and spiced chocolate, for the first time in my life , I decided I could not pass up the the opportunity of sharing this wonderfuly delicious experience with you. Enjoy!

ART HISTORY CLASS: (One day)
This a wonderful learning experience for all art lovers. An opportunity to learn about the artist's personal lives, their famous master works and incredible techniques. On some occasions, the doors to their homes open for us to visit.

PERSONAL SHOPPER:
Our personal shopper will take you to the hidden little shops laden with jewelry of Florentine gold and silver, beautiful leather goods, chic fashion houses and our favorite, the straw market.

BIKE TOUR: (One day)
You will feel the experience of pedaling through a landscape of cypress trees, vineyards, hill towns and stop for lunch in a typical Tuscan trattoria in the Chianti area. Distance pedaling 12 miles, terrain paved country roads with little traffic. We will drive you from Florence to the Tuscan countryside to spend a full day surrounded by beautiful nature.

GOLFING: (One day)
A full day excursion for those who love golfing. Tuscany is a golfers paradise. Just 8 km from Florence in the Chianti area, the Ugolino Golf Club is one of the oldest clubs in Tuscany, established in 1898. The 18 - hole , par 72 golf course is 5,741 metres. It is a highly spectacular hillside golf course requiring technical skills. The club house built in 1930's is today a perfectly restored monument. Many competitions and national championships have taken place here. Poggio dei Medici Golf club is situated in the Medici Villa of Cignano, in the heart of Mugello, just 25 km north of Florence, in Scarperia.The 18 - hole , par 72 golf course with its 5 playing routes ( from 5,342 to 6,900 metres) will provide guaranteed challenges and excitement for players of all levels of expertise. The Montecatini Golf Club is situated in the green Tuscany countryside a short way from the medieval hamlets of Montevettolini and Vinci, 46 km from Florence. The golf course follows the natural hilly form of the area. The 18 - hole , par 72 lenght 5.857 metres.
